Terms and conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotional Terms & Condition apply to this Prize Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”).

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. This Prize Draw is available from 27/3/25 to 30/3/25 between 00:01 – 23:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
  ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2. This Promotion is available to residents of the UK only.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
4. Have a verified Foxy Bingo account with no restrictions.
5. Employees of the Promoter, any agency or other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to submit an entry for this competition.
  HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION
6. To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram or Facebook, participants must:

  2. Tell us what Mother’s Day gift you’d give using emojis
  3. Like this post
  4. Share this post to your story
7. All participants who have completed the steps above will be entered into the Prize Draw.
8. Entries to the Prize Draw can be only made on the Prize Draw post on Foxy Bingo’s Instagram or Facebook Page.
9. Only one entry permitted per person, no bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script, or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
10. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
11. The Prize Draw will only have 1 winner (unless otherwise stated) across our Instagram or Facebook Page who will be chosen at random by an online random number generator on DATE AND TIME HERE.
12. The winner of the Prize Draw will be contacted after being chosen and will be asked to provide an email address along with any other details required to receive the Prize.

MERCHANDISE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

18. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the Prize for a reasonable alternative. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the prize is not negotiable or transferable.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been confirmed, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.

19. The winner’s first name and county may be announced on Foxy Bingo social channels within 24 hours of the competition closing. Should a winner not want to have their first name and/or county published, the winner should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.

20. Any personal information provided by the participant shall be treated in accordance with Foxy Bingo Privacy Notice and data protection legislation.

22. The Prize will be Delivered by registered post within 30 working days.

23. The voucher will be sent as an evoucher by the Promoter to the email registered on the winner’s Foxy Bingo account within 72 hours of the winning notification.

23. To claim the Prize, a winner will be required to send their contact number, email address and postal address (as applicable) in addition to proof of age showing that they are over 18 years old via the social media platform’s Direct messaging service.

24. Winners of the Prize Draw will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram by 6pm on the day following that of winning the Prize, to provide their email address for Prize fulfillment purposes.

25. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days from when the winner is selected, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next entrant selected from all the eligible entrants. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict access to this competition, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
1. The competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for: a. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this competition; b. inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; c. to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from competition participation or the acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this competition, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
1. Where the Promoter suspects that any entrant or nominee is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that individual from the Prize Draw, and/or suspend the competition pending further investigation.
1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
