PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily between 19:56-22:20 (UK Time) from 01/02/26 until 15/02/26 (the ‘Promotional Period’). 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Foxy brands (Foxy Bingo or Foxy Games, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK;
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must enter and purchase at least one Bingo Ticket in the Penny & Free Room during the Promotional Period.
5. The maximum number of tickets per Eligible Player per game is 96.
6. Tickets cost £0.02.

CASH PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS

7. The minimum guaranteed prize(s) for the games are displayed in the tables below.
8. In the case of multiple winners, the prizes will be split proportionally based on the number of winning tickets held by each Eligible Player.
9. All prizes will be paid into the winner/s cash balance immediately after the game has ended.
10. The Full House prize is progressive and may increase based on the number of tickets sold. The prizes will increase proportionally based on the initial weighting in the table.

13. At the end of each game, the Full House winner(s) will be eligible to play a Prize Grabber Feature Game to win an extra prize.

PRIZE GRABBER FEATURE TERMS

14. The Prize Grabber Feature will start at the end of each game and only Full House winners can participate.
15. In order to participate in the Prize Grabber Feature game, an Eligible Player must tap (mobile) or click (desktop) on a highlighted area within the time frame as shown on screen within the game (the “Time Limit”) to drop the claw to reveal the prize.
16. If the Eligible Player should not choose an area within the time limit, the system will do it automatically.
17. Once an Eligible Player has dropped the claw, a pop up will appear confirming the prize that has been won.
18. In case of any technical malfunctions, please contact our Customer Services Team who will credit the prize automatically.
19. All prizes are randomly generated.
20. Prizes which could be won on the Prize Grabber Feature range from a minimum of £1 to a maximum of £30 as per table below:

USE OF INFORMATION

22. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
23. Eligible Players acknowledge that winning participants’ Bingo Chat Name shall be published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels. Should a winning participant not want to have their Bingo Chat Name and/or personal information published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels, the winning participant should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
24. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
25. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
26. Data Protection legislation means the UK GDPR and the relevant national privacy laws.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

28. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
29. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
31. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
32. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
