WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxybingo.com (the ‘Website’) who:
   1. are over 18 years old.
   2. have a verified Website account.
   3. are resident in UK or ROI.

3. An Eligible Player cannot participate in this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must enter and purchase at least one Bingo Ticket in Penny & Free Room during the Promotional Period.
5. The maximum number of Bingo Tickets that can be purchased by an Eligible Player per game is 120.
6. Bingo Tickets cost £0.01 or £0.02 each.
7. All prizes will be paid into the winner’s account immediately after the game.

JUMPING JACKPOT GAMES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

8. Prizes for the Jumping Jackpot games will range between the minimum and maximum amounts displayed in the table below:

9. The prizes will be associated to different Ball Call numbers, as specified in the Table accessible from game prize amount panel.
10. An Eligible Player who achieves a Full House will win the prize associated with the relevant Ball Call.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

15. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
