These terms and conditions apply to this Pick a Box giveaway promotion (the ‘Promotion’). By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Promotional terms and conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

1. This promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) and runs from 00:01 (UK time) Monday 1^st February 2021 until 23:59 (UK v) Sunday 28^th February 2021 (the ‘Promotional Period’).

Eligible Players

2. This promotion is open to new and existing players that have made at least one deposit.
3. Players must also:
   1. be 18 years old or over.
   2. be located in the UK.
   3. have an active account on www.foxybingo.com (the ‘Website’).

Mechanics

4. In order to take art in this promotion, Eligible Players are required to opt in daily on the ‘Promotions’ section of the Website.
5. Once Eligible Players have opted in, they will be given the option to select one of two boxes. Once they select a box, their daily offer will be shown on a pop-up message. Daily offers include:
   1. Prize Draw Tickets to a weekly £5,000 cash prize draw.
   2. Bingo Tickets (up to £0.10).
   3. Bingo Bonus (min £0.50 and max £1).

(each a ‘Daily Offer’).

6. Eligible Players will have to accept their Daily Offer directly from the pop-up message. 
7. Only one Daily Offer will be available per Eligible Player, per day.
8. Daily Offers are valid for 24hrs from the time of credit. See specific conditions for each Daily Offer below.

Prize Draw Tickets Specific Conditions

9. Eligible Players may win Prize Draw Ticket(s) which shall each entitle the Eligible Player to one (1) entry to the Prize Draw (as defined below). Eligible Players may win multiple Prize Draw Tickets during the Promotional Period.
10. All Eligible Players who win a Prize Draw Ticket will be entered into the weekly draw held during the week when the Prize Draw Ticket is won to win a share of £5,000 (the ‘Prize’) (collectively, the ‘Prize Draw’).
11. Eligible Players entered into the Prize Draw shall be randomly sorted into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet as below:
    1. Prize Draw date: Monday 8^th February (for all entries gathered 1^st-7^th Feb).
    2. Prize Draw date: Monday 15^th February (for all entries gathered 8^th-14^th Feb).
    3. Prize Draw date: Monday 22^nd February (for all entries gathered 15^th-22^nd Feb).
    4. Prize Draw date: Monday 1^st March (for all entries gathered 22^nd-28^th Feb).
12. Each Prize Draw Ticket shall be allocated a random unique number, starting from number 1 up to the total number of Prize Draw Tickets entered into a Prize Draw in a week (the ‘Unique ID’).
13. The winner(s) of a Prize Draw shall be selected each Monday, starting 8^th February, using the random number generator tool in the Microsoft Excel program (the ‘Tool’).
14. The Tool shall select a Unique ID, identifying a single Eligible Player, at random (each a ‘Prize Draw Winner’). If only one Eligible Player is entered into a Prize Draw, that Eligible Player will be considered the Prize Draw Winner.
15. The Prize shall be credited only if the Prize Draw Winner’s player account is active on the day of the draw.
16. Each week, there will be a total prize pool of £5,000 in cash, which will be split over 100 winners. Top prize £2,500.
17. The Prizes from each Prize Draw will be credited in cash with no wagering requirements.

Bingo Tickets Specific Conditions

18. Bingo Ticket/s will be credited to the ‘Promotions’ section of the Eligible Players’ account for claiming. The Bingo Ticket/s will be valid and available to claim for 24 hours from time of credit.
19. The minimum amount of the Bingo Tickets that Eligible Players can receive per day is 1 and the maximum is 1.
20. Each Free Bingo ticket has a maximum value of £0.10.
21. Bingo Ticket/s won by Eligible Players during the Promotional Period can be played on any Bingo game available on the Website (excluding Carers UK), where each ticket for such Bingo game costs up to £0.10.
22. If an Eligible Player chooses to play for example a £0.05per-ticket Bingo game, they cannot purchase another ticket with the remaining funds (i.e. £0.10 - £0.05 = £0.05). For example, if an Eligible player wins 10 Bingo Tickets at a maximum value of £0.10 each, only 10 tickets can be purchased regardless of the price potentially being less than £0.10.
23. Winnings achieved by using the Bingo Tickets will carry a 1x wagering requirement (the ‘BingoWinnings’).
24. The Bingo Winnings will be credited to the player’s account as soon as all the Bingo Tickets received by a player have been used. For example, if a player who has won 10 Bingo Tickets, uses 5 tickets on Game A and wins £5, then uses 5 tickets on Game B and wins £1, the £6 winnings will be added as soon as Game B is completed.

Bingo Bonus Specific Conditions

25. Bingo Bonuses won by Eligible Players can be played on any Bingo game in any room on the Website (excluding Carers UK).
26. The maximum amount of Bingo Bonus that Eligible Players can win is £0.50 and the minimum is £0.50.
27. Bingo Bonuses will be credited to the ‘Promotions’ section of the Eligible Player’s account for claiming and shall be available immediately.
28. Bingo Bonuses will be valid and available to claim for 24 hours from time of credit.
29. Bingo Bonuses will carry a 0x wagering requirement.
30. Bingo Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash.

Deposit and Spend for Free Bingo Tickets Terms and Conditions

31. Players must make the required deposit and spend to be able to claim the Free Bingo Ticket/s (Amount will be stated on the pop-us when a player scores).
32. To use, Eligible Players must claim the Free Bingo Ticket/s credited within 24 hours from the date the Free Bingo Ticket/s are credited to their account, these will be available for claiming in the ‘Promotions’ section of the players’ account.
33. The deposit requirements must be deposited in a single amount (accumulated deposits up to the amount will not count).
34. The spend requirement can be achieved through multiple wagers.
35. Free Bingo ticket/s can be played on any Bingo game where each ticket price is costs up to £0.10.
36. If a player chooses to play for example a £0.05 per ticket bingo game, they cannot purchase another ticket with the remaining funds (£0.10 - £0.05 = £0.05). For example, if a player receives 10 Free Bingo tickets at a maximum value of £0.10 each, only 10 tickets can be purchased regardless of the price potentially being less than £0.10.
37. The maximum amount of Free Bingo tickets that you can receive is 10 and the minimum number of Free tickets is 5.
38. Each Free Bingo Ticket value is a maximum of £0.10 however, players can purchase ticket/s at a lower value.
39. Free Bingo Ticket/s will be credited to the “Promotions” section of your account for claiming.
40. Free Bingo Ticket/s will be valid and available to claim for 24 hours from time of credit.
41. Free Bingo Ticket/s winning will carry a 1x wagering requirement.
42. Free Bingo Ticket/s winnings will be credited to the account as soon as all the Free Tickets have been used.

General

43. Where we suspect that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
44. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
