WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

   1. are over 18 years old. 
   2. are located in the UK. 
   3. have a verified Website account. 
   4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION 

3. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must enter and purchase at least one ticket in the following Bingo Room during the Promotional Period:

   2. Tickets cost between 1p – 2p.
   3. The maximum amount of tickets per player per game is 96. 

PRIZES  SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

4. The prizes that can be won in “Deal or No Deal Penny Bingo” vary on a game-by-game basis:
   1. Min prize £40
   2. Max prize £500
5. In the case of multiple winners, the prize is equally split among the winners.
6. All prizes will be paid into the Eligible Player’s cash balance immediately after the game.
7. This is a network promotion which is offered across all of the Entain Bingo Network. Prizes in this Promotion are available across multiple Bingo sites within the Entain Bingo Network and there may be multiple winners across multiple Bingo sites.

12. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
