The symbols themselves are all gemstones, with the premium ones marked by triangles, crescent moons, and stars. Like all Megaways slots, the number of symbols appearing on the reels will decide how many paylines there are on each spin. The maximum for Medallion Megaways is 46,656 ways to win, which is not the highest we've ever seen on a Megaways slot, but it's still pretty impressive, isn't it, me dears?

This online slot also features the cascading reels mechanism, which means every time a win is formed, the symbols involved disappear from the reels, and others fall into place, giving players an extra chance at forming a combo. And the best bit is that this continues with increasing multipliers until no more wins are formed. When the cascaded ends in the base game, the multiplier is reset. The betting range is between 0.10 and 80.

As well as the cascading reels, there are a couple of other nice surprises in the base game. Two bonus features can trigger at random after any spin. When this happens, a medallion will appear over the symbols. The first is the Expanding Wild, where all Wilds in view expand and award multipliers. 

The second is the Void Respin, where a number of randomly chosen symbols are removed from the reels and replaced.

The Free Spins round triggers when three Free Spins symbols appear on the reels. Players receive ten Free Spins, and the round can't retrigger. But both the extra bonuses are active all the time, and multipliers don't reset, so the win potential is boosted greatly when compared to the base game.
