PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) weekly from 00:01 (UK time) on Monday 22^nd of June 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on Saturday until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. The Promotional is available to customers of www.foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are new or existing real money customers;
   3. are over 18 years; and
   4. are eligible to receive Website promotions

(an “Eligible Player”).

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this promotion if you are accessing the Foxy Bingo website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which you may access your Foxy Bingo account can be found HERE.
4. If a promotion is advertised in a different currency to an Eligible Player’s Website account, the qualifying spend and any bonus will be in that account currency (for example a promotion advertised as "bet £10 get £10" this will be "bet €10 get €10").
5. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the Promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

6. An Eligible Player must spend £5 on Bingo Tickets in any Bingo Room from Monday (00:01) until Saturday (23:59) each week to gain access to the free Sunday session in the Foxy Velvet Lounge Room from 16:30 to 17:24 on the immediate following Sunday.
7. Once an Eligible Player has qualified for the free Sunday session, they will receive a message when they log into their account to confirm they have access.

8. The Free Bingo Session will play weekly on Sundays from 16:30 – 17:24 (UK time) in the Foxy Velvet Lounge Room and will be shared between players of Foxy Bingo & Gala Bingo.

11. The guaranteed prizes on these games are fixed and will not increase.The total prize pool for the hour is £1,000 and the game time and prize breakdown is as follows:

12. Prizes are paid to the Eligible Player in cash and will be credited automatically once won.

If we determine, acting responsibly, that you did NOT receive this particular promotion as an intended exclusive targeted recipient, we will not honour this Promotion.

In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
