PROMOTIONAL PERIOD  

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily, from 22/06/26 until 20/09/26 between 00:14 and 23:50 (the ‘Promotional Period’).  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION  

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.foxybingo.com (the ‘Website’) who:
   1. are over 18 years old. 
   2. are located in the UK & ROI.
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

   (an ‘Eligible Player’).  

3. An Eligible Player cannot participate in this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION  

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must enter and purchase at least one Bingo Ticket in the following Bingo Room during the Promotional Period:

5. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased by an Eligible Player per game is 96.
6. Tickets cost €0.02 each. 

BINGO PRIZES SPECIFIC TERMS

7. The minimum guaranteed prize(s) for the games are displayed in the tables below.
8. The 1 Line, 2 Lines and Full House prizes are progressive and may increase based on the number of tickets sold. The prizes will increase proportionally based on the initial weighting within the in-game table.
9. In the case of multiple winners, the prizes will be shared proportionally based on the number of winning tickets held by each Eligible Player.
10. The Tiki Bingo Bash Games play from 00:14 to 23:50 (UK time) according to the schedule below:

FEATURE SPECIFIC TERMS

12. Everyone’s A Winner feature is a fixed prize pool shared amongst all non-winners at the end of selected games. The fixed prize pool for these games is £5. A full explanation of the Everyone’s A Winner feature can be found HERE.
13. Scratch Card feature is a free game offered to all non-winners in selected games of bingo. The Scratch Card will be launched immediately after the associated bingo game played has finished. Prizes vary from ‘No prize’ - £0.10 cash. A full explanation of Scratch Card features can be found HERE.
14. Winners Wheel feature is a feature that triggers to the Full House winner(s) immediately after the relevant game has finished. Eligible Players spin the wheel for a chance to win an extra prize. Prizes vary from £0.01 - £1.00. 

CASH REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS

15. All cash prizes will be paid into the winner’s cash balance immediately after the game ends.
16. The cash prize will be withdrawable from the moment it is credited onto the Eligible Players Website account.
17. Prizes will be paid in the currency of the recipient’s account, using a fixed exchange rate of £1 = €1.

USE OF INFORMATION 

18. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and in accordance with applicable current Data Protection legislation*.
19. Eligible Players acknowledge that winning participants’ Bingo Chat Name shall be published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels. Should a winning participant not want to have their Bingo Chat Name and/or personal information published on the Promoter’s website(s) or made available to the public across social media channels, the winning participant should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.
20. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the Promotion and contact winners.
21. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotectionofficer@entaingroup.com.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
25. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
27. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
28. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
