By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Foxy Dollars-to-Play Slot Tournaments promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 20.04.26 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Foxy brands (Foxy Bingo or Foxy Games, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in a Foxy Dollars-to-Play tournament (a “Tournament”) an Eligible Player must:
1. access the Slots Tournaments Lobby;
2. opt in (once per Tournament);
3. launch the Tournament Game from the Slots Tournaments Lobby; and
4. play the allocated Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
4. Eligible Players can enter these Tournaments by redeeming Foxy Dollars. The number of Foxy Dollars required to enter these Tournaments will vary.
5. The opt in period for each Tournament will open as soon as the Tournament is visible to Eligible Players on the Slots Tournaments Lobby and close 10 minutes before the end of the Tournament Duration. Times and Tournament Durations can be viewed on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
6. Eligible Players that enter a Tournament will all have an equal number of tournament spins (the “Tournament Spins”).
7. Eligible Players will collect points from the Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard based on the number of points they have collected.
8. Eligible Players who, at the end of the Tournament, rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward.

FOXY DOLLARS-TO-PLAY TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

9. There will be several Tournaments held daily during the Promotional Period in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
10. Each Tournament will detail the following:
1. “Tournament Game” - the specific slots game(s) which can be played as part of that Tournament;
2. “Min Bet Amount” – the minimum stake that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with stakes lower than the Min Bet Amount will not collect points.
3. “Maximum Spin Limit” - the maximum number of spins that an Eligible Player may make during that Tournament that may collect points. Any spins made after the Maximum Spin Limit is reached will not collect points and will automatically stop the Eligible Player’s score from increasing; and
4. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Tournament will last. Only stakes made during the Tournament Duration may accumulate points.
11. Each Tournament Spin displays a stake value of £1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
12. A winning outcome of any Tournament Spin will display winnings; they are for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’ for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise.
13. Eligible Players must play through the Tournament Spins to collect points to obtain a ranking on the leaderboard.
14. Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate points.
15. The outcome of each Tournament Spin will determine the number of points collected by the Eligible Player.
16. Points will be awarded as detailed on the table below:

17. The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, the number of points collected, plus the Eligible Player’s ranking on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings are only finalised at the end of the Tournament once the Tournament Duration has elapsed. Each Tournament will have separate leaderboards.
18. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play for Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Tournament.
19. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Tournament, the Eligible Player will be able to resume play by re-entering from the Slots Tournament Lobby to continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
20. If the Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game, they will be notified via an in-game message.
21. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, the Tournament Spin will complete but will not collect points.
22. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited.
23. Eligible Players could hit a ‘bonus round’ or a ‘free spin round’ while using their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not used all their Tournament Spins, including the bonus rounds or free spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, no points will be collected for the Slots Tournament.
24. The leaderboard will reset after each Tournament.
25. At the end of each Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Tournament will be detailed in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
26. Rewards are Cash and Foxy Dollars. Details of the rewards will be displayed on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
27. The Tournament Games Schedule can be found on the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
28. Maximum one entry per Eligible Player per Tournament per day.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

29. Rewards are Foxy Dollars or Cash.
30. Eligible Players can withdraw any winnings credited to their Website account from any of the rewards, but in order to do so, the Website account must be fully verified.
31. Eligible Players that are still in-game (Foxy Dollar-to-Play mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Tournament Duration confirming their ranking on the leaderboard.
32. If the Eligible Player is not in-game when the Slots Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slots Tournaments Lobby and check the ‘See Your Results’ section, to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
33. The winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Tournament giving full details of the number and value of their reward. The number of Foxy Dollars or Cash which can be won in a Tournament will be displayed in the Slots Tournaments Lobby.
34. Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically, within an hour of the Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited within 72 hours of the Tournament ending.

FOXY DOLLARS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

35. The minimum number of Foxy Dollars to be won in a Tournament is 10 and the maximum is 10,000.
36. A “FOXY DOLLAR” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in certain promotions. Foxy Dollars can be used to redeem offers or rewards as set out on the Website designated area (the “Foxy Dollars Shop"). Full Terms and Conditions of the Foxy Dollars Shop can be found HERE.
37. Foxy Dollars will automatically be credited to the Eligible Player’s Website account. 
38. Foxy Dollars collected during any calendar month within the Promotional Period will expire on the 7^th day of the following month. Any unused Foxy Dollars will be forfeited after the 7^th day of the month following their collection. Any unused Foxy Dollars at this time will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
39. Eligible Players can redeem their Foxy Dollars for offers of their choice within the shop found HERE.
40. The Foxy Dollars awarded will be detailed on the “Offers” page or the Foxy Dollars Shop.
41. There is no cash alternative to the Foxy Dollars rewards.
42. Foxy Dollars have no wagering requirements. 

CASH REWARD SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

43. The minimum Cash Reward an Eligible Player can receive is £0.50.
44. The maximum Cash Reward an Eligible Player can receive is £50.
45. Cash Rewards carry no wagering requirements and will be issued automatically to an Eligible Player’s Website account balance.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

47. The Promoter may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
48. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
49. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
50. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.  
51. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
