By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements. 

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “Bingo Booster” Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily 00:01 – 23:59 (UK Time) from 04/05/26 until further notice. 

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who: 
   1. are over 18 years old; 
   2. have a verified Website account; and 
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions. 

   (together an “Eligible Player”). 

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE. 

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION 

4. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt in once each calendar month.
5. Eligible Players who have opted in need to login to their account and click on the Spend & Get daily offer displayed on screen (the “Daily Offer”). 
6. Only one Daily Offer will be available per Eligible Player per day. Each Daily Offer is valid until 23:59 (UK Time) on the day it becomes available. 
7. If the Daily Offer is not used before 23:59 on the day it is made available to the Eligible Player, it will grey out, forfeit and not be re-issued. 
8. All pre-bought bingo games must be used before the end of the day when the Daily Offer becomes available, to be able to complete it.
9. Eligible Players who complete a Daily Offer will get 50 Bingo Tickets and 100 Foxy Dollars or a £0.50 Bingo Bonus and 100 Foxy Dollars.

BINGO TICKETS SPECIFIC TERMS 

10. The 50 Bingo Tickets will be available to claim for 24 hours.
11. Eligible Players must use their Bingo Tickets within 7 days of them being credited to their account, otherwise they will expire.
12. Bingo Tickets have a value of £0.01 - £0.02 each.
13. Bingo Tickets can only be used in the Penny & Free room.
14. Any winnings from the Bingo Tickets will be credited to the cash balance of an Eligible Player’s Website account.
15. There are no wagering requirements attached to the winnings obtained from the Bingo Tickets.
16. There is no cash alternative to Bingo Tickets.

BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC TERMS 

17. The £0.50 Bingo Bonus can be found in the “Promotions” tab on the Website and must be claimed within 24 hours.
18. The Bingo Bonus can be used in any Bingo Room.
19. The Bingo Bonus must be used, and its Wagering Requirements (outlined below) met, within 7 days of it becoming available in an Eligible Player’s Website account or it may be forfeited.
20. Eligible Players will only be permitted to withdraw any remaining pending winnings from their “Bonus Balance” wallet once they have satisfied the Wagering Requirements explained below.
21. The Wagering Requirements for the Bingo Bonus are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 1 TIME THE BINGO BONUS AMOUNT.
22. The Bingo Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash.

FOXY DOLLARS SPECIFIC TERMS

23. The number of Foxy Dollars to be obtained with a Daily Spend & Get Offer is 100.
24. A “Foxy Dollar” is a token of no monetary value that is awarded to Eligible Players by participation in certain promotions Foxy Dollars can be used to redeem offers as set out on the Website designated area (the “Foxy Dollars Shop”). Full Foxy Dollars terms can be found HERE.
25. There is no cash alternative to Foxy Dollars.
26. Foxy Dollars collected during any calendar month will expire on the 7^th day of the following month. Any unused Foxy Dollars will be forfeited after the 7^th day of the month following their collection. Any unused Foxy Dollars at this time will be forfeited and will not be re-issued. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

27. Promoter: LC International Limited, having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.  
28. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.  
29. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.  
30. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.  
31. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.  
32. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.  
33. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
