By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements. 

These terms and conditions apply to this Live Casino Trivia promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside the General Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) every Saturday starting at 19:00 (UK time) from 17^th October 2026 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).  

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS LIVE CASINO PROMOTION  

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of our Foxy brands (Foxy Bingo or Foxy Games, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;   
   2. are over 18 years of age;
   3. are located in the UK or Republic of Ireland; and  
   4. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION  

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
   1. log in to their Website account;
   2. access the participating game “Fishin Frenzy Roulette Live”; and
   3. access the ‘Trivia Show’ lobby within the in-game feature. 
5. The Trivia Show will consist of ten (10) questions. An Eligible Player will need to answer at least 7 out of the 10 questions correctly within the 10 second time limit for each question.
6. The total prize pool for each Trivia Show is £500 and will be shared equally among the Eligible Players who answered at least 7 of the 10 questions correctly within the allotted time limit.  The Promotion is an Entain Network promotion, and the prize pool will be shared among winners from across the network.
7. The answers and questions, as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided to the Promoter by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co) (the “Third-Party Supplier”). The Promoter does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.   
8. Participating in a Trivia Show is free of charge and does not require any funds in the Eligible Player’s account. There are no preconditions apart from using a desktop or mobile platform.    

  TRIVIA SHOWS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 

9. Each Trivia Show will include multiple games whose duration is approximately 15 minutes each and each question answered correctly within the time limit will give an Eligible Player 100 points. 
10. An Eligible Player needs a minimum of 700 points to be eligible for a share of the prize pool.  
11. In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular game flow, the Trivia Show may be postponed or cancelled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game unless stated otherwise during the Trivia Show.   
12. An Eligible Player can win a maximum of £500 per day during the Promotional Period. 

CASH PRIZES SPECIFIC CONDITIONS  

13. Shares of the prize pool will be paid in cash (each share a “Cash Prize”).
14. The Cash Prize will be credited to the ‘Cash Balance’ section of the Eligible Player’s Website account within 24 hours of winning. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

16. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
18. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
21. If a promotion is advertised in a different currency to an Eligible Player’s Website account, the qualifying spend and any bonus/prize will be in that account currency (for example a promotion advertised as "bet £10 get £10" will be "bet €10 get €10").
22. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
