Zeus God of Thunder is the fourth in WMS’ series of explosive online slots that are inspired by the Greek god, Zeus. The gameplay is exceptionally atmospheric due to the storm clouds that roll overhead as the sounds of thunder fill the air and lightning forks across the screen. With just five reels and thirty fixed paylines, this slot doesn’t have the unusual pay structure that some of WMS’ Zeus slots do. WILD SYMBOL

The Temple is the wild symbol, and you’ll only see it appear on Reel 2, 3, and 4. As well as having the power to making winning combinations by substituting for all other symbols, the wild multiplies the value of any wins it contributes towards by two.

RE-SPINS FEATURE

On any spin that a full stack (i.e. three-rows-high) stack of yellow butterflies appears on a reel, the Re-Spins Feature is initiated. The feature causes the stacked butterflies to fly onto the leftmost reel which does not already contain one or more butterfly symbols (i.e. if Reel 1 is available, they’ll alight there). The stack then stays in place while the reels are re-spun, and any further butterfly symbols that come into view also fly left as far as it’s possible for them to go so that they can join the others. New butterflies appearing also means you get another re-spin, and the feature only ends when no more butterflies land on the reels.

WHEEL FEATURE

While it doesn’t have a paytable cash value, the image of the rolling clouds (which is referred to as the “Background” in the rules) can sometimes land on the reels. Three Backgrounds give you one spin of the “3 in a Row” Wheel; four Backgrounds give you one spin of the “4 in a Row” Wheel, and five Backgrounds give you one spin of the “5 in a Row” Wheel.
There are several different prize segments that you can land on when you spin one of the wheels, and in the case of the “3 in a Row” and “4 in a Row” wheels, you can also land on an arrow segment, which takes you to the next wheel for another spin.
