PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 21.04.2025 until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of our Foxy brands (Foxy Bingo or Foxy Games, referred to as the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. have not made a deposit before;
   3. have a verified Website account; and
   4. have an account registered in a country where the Promoter accepts customers, which can be seen in the list HERE.

   (together an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

3. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must make their first deposit, which must be worth minimum £10 and must be made in a single transaction (a “Qualifying Deposit”), then spend at least £10 on either Slots or Bingo within 30 days of registering for an account (a “Qualifying Wager”).
4. Cumulative deposits up to £10 will not count. Eligible Players must deposit the full amount on their first deposit.
5. To qualify for this Promotion the full £10 must be spent all on slots or all on bingo (cumulative spend across slots and bingo will not qualify).
6. Once a Qualifying Wager has been made, an Eligible Player will be able to spin the wheel once to get a bingo bonus, a slot bonus or a casino bonus.
7. Deposits made via Envoy, Neteller, PayPal, Moneybookers, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card, certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.

BINGO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

9. The Bingo Bonus is worth £25.
10. The Bingo Bonus can be claimed by accessing the “My Bonuses” section of the “Promotions” tab on the Website.
11. Once claimed, the Bingo Bonus will then be credited to the Bonus Balance section of an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Bingo Bonus does not appear automatically, please contact the Customer Services team before playing again.
12. The Bingo Bonus must be claimed, used and its Wagering Requirements (outlined below) met within thirty (30) days of it becoming available in an Eligible Player’s Website account or it may be forfeited.
13. Eligible Players will only be permitted to withdraw any remaining pending winnings from their “Bonus Balance” wallet and the “Pending Winnings” wallet once they have satisfied the Wagering Requirements explained below.
14. Whilst the funds in the Cash Balance wallet can be withdrawn by Eligible Players at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst the Bingo Bonus is active), this will mean that they fully forfeit any winnings sitting in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or their Pending Winnings wallet.
15. The Wagering Requirements for the Bingo Bonus are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 2 TIMES THE BINGO BONUS AMOUNT = £50. Therefore, an Eligible Player must wager £50 in bonus funds on any Bingo game to satisfy the Bingo Bonus Wagering Requirements and be able to withdraw any winnings from the £25 Bingo Bonus.

16. The Bingo Bonus Wagering Requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the Bingo Bonus being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account otherwise any funds sitting in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited.
17. There is no cash alternative to the Bingo Bonus.

SLOT BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

18. The Slot Bonus will have a minimum value of £10 and a maximum value of £200.
19. The Slots Bonus can be claimed by accessing the “My Bonuses” section of the “Promotions” tab on the Website.
20. Once claimed, the Slot Bonus will then be credited to the Bonus Balance section of an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Slot Bonus does not appear automatically, please contact the Customer Services team before playing again.
21. The Slot Bonus must be claimed, used and its Wagering Requirements (outlined below) met within thirty (30) days of it becoming available in an Eligible Player’s Website account or it may be forfeited.
22. 25. The Wagering Requirements for the Slot Bonus are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 40 TIMES THE SLOT BONUS AMOUNT. Therefore, an Eligible Player must wager 40 times in bonus funds on any Slot games to satisfy the Slot Bonus Wagering Requirements and be able to withdraw any winnings from their Slot Bonus.

26. The Slot Bonus Wagering Requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the Slot Bonus being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account otherwise any funds sitting in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited.
27. There is no cash alternative to the Slots Bonus.

CASINO BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

28. The minimum Casino Bonus will have a minimum value of £15 and a maximum value of £50.
29. The Casino Bonus can be claimed by accessing the “My Bonuses” section of the “Promotions” tab on the Website.
30. Once claimed, the Casino Bonus will then be credited to the Bonus Balance section of an Eligible Player’s Website account. If the Casino Bonus does not appear automatically, please contact the Customer Services team before playing again.
31. The Casino Bonus must be claimed, used and its Wagering Requirements (outlined below) met within thirty (30) days of it becoming available in an Eligible Player’s Website account or it may be forfeited.
32. The Casino Bonus can be used on all casino products, excluding bingo.
33. Eligible Players will only be permitted to withdraw any remaining pending winnings from their “Bonus Balance” wallet and the “Pending Winnings” wallet once they have satisfied the Wagering Requirements explained below.
34. Whilst the funds in the Cash Balance wallet can be withdrawn by Eligible Players at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst the Casino Bonus is active), this will mean that they fully forfeit any winnings sitting in their Bonus Balance wallet and/or their Pending Winnings wallet.
35. The Wagering Requirements for the Casino Bonus are as follows:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 40 TIMES THE CASINO BONUS AMOUNT. Therefore, an Eligible Player must wager 40 times in bonus funds on any Slot games to satisfy the Casino Bonus Wagering Requirements and be able to withdraw any winnings from their Casino Bonus.

36. The Casino Bonus Wagering Requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the Casino Bonus being credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account otherwise any funds sitting in an Eligible Player’s Bonus Balance wallet and/or Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited.
37. There is no cash alternative to the Casino Bonus.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

39. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
40. Where the Promoter suspects that an Eligible Player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
41. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website promotion.
42. The Promoter reserves the right to change, end or restrict your access to any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
43. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
