- This promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) and runs daily from Tuesday 06.04.2021 until 30.04.2021 (20:04 – 21:54 UK time). (the “Promotional Period”).
Specific Terms and Conditions
Eligible Players
- This promotion is open to new and existing players that have made at least one deposit.
- Players must also be:
- 18 years old or over;
- located in the UK; and
- have an active account on www.foxybingo.com (the “Website”)
- Players who have been previously excluded from www.foxybingo.com offers, bonuses and jackpots will not be able to claim this promotion.
Mechanics:
- Players must enter the Foxy Fab Lab Room at any time during the promotional period before the game starts to purchase their bingo tickets.
- A total of 23 “Everyone wins” games will play every day between 20:04 to 21:54 (UK time) in the Foxy Fab Lab Room.
- The total daily prize pot of the “Everyone wins” games is £4,050.
- The "Everyone Wins” pot will be shared among non-winning players, depending on the number of tickets they have purchased. Non-winning players will receive one share of the pot for every ticket they have purchased.
- Minimum feature pot is £20 per game; maximum is £30.
- Minimum “Everyone wins” prize guarantee per person is £0.01.
- Tickets will cost between £0.05 and £0.15.
- The maximum amount of tickets an Eligible Player can purchase for each “Everyone wins” game is 96.
- In the case of multiple winners, the prizes will be equally split among all the winners.
- All prizes will be paid as cash instantly.
IMPORTANT TERMS:
- Where we suspect that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
- The promoter may place restrictions on an Eligible Player’s account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. The promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions affect an Eligible Player’s ability to complete the requirements of the promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
