BEFORE CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THE PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Terms & Conditions apply to this “100K Bingo Game” promotion (“the Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 02.02.2023 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

  1. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxybingo.com (the “Website”) who:
    1. are over 18 years old
    2. have a verified Website account
    3. are eligible to receive Website promotions; and
    4. do not access the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

    (together an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

  1. You must purchase at least 1 Bingo ticket with a price of £0.10 for the 100K Bingo room (a “Regular Bingo Ticket”).
  2. Ticket sales in the 100K Bingo room will close at 20:30 (UK time) on the day of the game.
  3. The 100K Bingo games will take place at 21:00 (UK time), on the 2nd (second) calendar day of each month.

100K BINGO GAME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Maximum 100 Regular Bingo Tickets per player per game.
  2. All prizes will be split into 1 Line, 2 Lines, Full House, plus Roll-on and 1TG features. All prize amounts will be specified within the room before the game starts. See feature descriptions below:
    1. Roll-On: Once the Full House has been called the game will continue to call Bingo numbers until there are an additional 5 (five) Full House winners.
    2. 1TG: All players that have a ticket with 1 number to go (1TG) when the Full House is called, will receive a proportional share of a community prize pot, based on the number of tickets held by each player.  
  3. All prizes will be paid out as Cash.
  4. This is a network promotion which is offered across multiple sites on the Entain Bingo Network. Prizes in this Promotion are available across multiple Bingo brands within the Entain Bingo Network and will be equally shared among winners from across all such brands.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  1. Promoter: LC International Limited, having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
  2. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
  3. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
  5. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
  7. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
  8. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
