These Terms & Conditions apply to this Penny Bingo promotion (‘the Promotion’). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 01.05.23 until 31.05.23 from 12:00 to 14:05 UK Time (the ‘Promotional Period’).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION 

2. This Promotion is available to customers of foxybingo.com (the ‘Website’) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK; and
   3. have a verified Website account.

   (an ‘Eligible Player’). 

3. An Eligible Player cannot participate in this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which Eligible Players may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must enter and purchase at least one Bingo ticket in one of the following Bingo Room during the Promotional Period:

   2. No Fox Given.
5. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased by an Eligible Player per game is 96.
6. Tickets cost £0.01 each.
7. This Promotion is offered across the Entain Bingo Network. Prizes in this Promotion will be shared among winners across the entire network.
8. The Penny Bingo games play every day during the Promotional Period between 12:00 and 14:05 (UK Time) according to the schedule below:

PACKAGES

9. The “Package” option is available on the Penny Bingo games promotion. Players must click on the “Bingo Package” tab and purchase the Penny Bingo package from there.
10. The Penny Bingo Package includes: access to 26 games and 30 tickets per game. It can be used on all the Penny Bingo games playing from 12:00 to 14:05 during the Promotional Period.
11. Players can purchase a Penny Bingo Package for only £5.
12. By purchasing the Penny Bingo Package players will benefit form a 40% discount on the total value of the tickets, saving £3.12 per Package).
13. Packages can be purchased prior or during the Penny Bingo session.
14. A maximum of one package can be purchased per player per day.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 

15. Promoter: LC International Limited, having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
16. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
17. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
19. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
