Jason Donovan Comes to Foxy Radio - 12.04.07

Thanks to everyone who tuned into Foxy Bingo Radio last night to listen to another hour of bingo fun with our very special guest Jason Donovan.
The fun kicked off at 8pm with your hosts Jim and Bingo Manageress Helen who was on hand to let you know all the latest Foxy developments and ways in which you could get involved in the show before introducing Jason himself to our bingo players.
Poor Jason who had turned up at the studio 12 hours early due to a mix up in times was keen to learn about Foxy Bingo. His first lesson was about the cash exchange rate on bingo points, while later in the show he learned all about how to cash in those all important bingo winnings.
Our Moderator of the week was CM Lightning who told us how her long blonde hair was the inspiration behind her alias before setting the weeks brainteaser, which was eventually solved by a very clever daydreamer29 who scooped 35,000 while a star struck Mozalini from Dumfries got 15,000 bps for the best wrong answer.
Bingo points were also given to Hondababy and Little Purse who appeared in Unmask the Alias and Poetry corner receptively. Honda told us now she derived her name from her husbands scramble bike, while Jason learned all about Wally in Little Purses ditty about everyones favourite bingo caller.
During the show Helen set two tasks in which two players could each win a pair of tickets and backstage passes to Jason show of there choice. Creative roomies were asked to send in there best questions for Jason, while those in the know could enter a prize draw by telling us who was the best man at Scott and Charlenes wedding.
The e-mails came in thick and fast and after much deliberation the the prize for the best question of the night went to Debsg. Degs wanted to know what name Jason would use as his bingo alias, which he then revealed would be Benjy Menlove in homage to his first pet and mothers maiden name. Kopsmurf was then drawn as the lucky winner of the prize draw who was just one of many players who correctly told us that Mike Young did the honours at Scott and Charlenes wedding all those years ago.
"Foxy Bingo radio is a big happy family," said Jason before adding, "Just like a warm blanket." Ahhh, thanks Jason we had a great time too.
