Thursday 10th May was another exciting night on Foxy Radio, with our usual array of great features and fabulous prizes. We brought your regular updates from the Fox Race Tourney in Funtastic Foxy where 50 players battled it out for a share of 85,000 BPs, whilst our roomies were thrown into a "TALLY HO!" frenzy, with players in all rooms fighting it out to win 5,000BPs every time the bugle sounded.

First guest of the night was CM Magpie, who accompanied by her parrot, set the weeks riddle, “What goes round the world but stays in a corner.” Magpie, who lives in Wigan, also let us know that her choice of CM name comes from the luck the birds brought her in bingo.

A very generous Jim announced that he would be giving 50,000 BPs for both a correct answer AND the best wrong answer, and it wasn’t long before the Foxy Radio e-mail box was bursting with some weird and wonderful guesses. Madmazza26 though it may be the North and South Poles while various others though it could be the sun. However best wrong answer went to Jay1971 who though the answer was a "spider on an airplane," and Downsie won the loot for the correct answer of "a stamp."

Our Put it to the People subject was "Should Paris Hilton Go to Jail’ and the world’s most famous heiress got very little sympathy from the Foxy Bingo community. "I cannot stand her," said Alibong, "It’s all just a bit publicity stunt." And Melly1971 though she should be locked up for longer. "If it had been someone who wasn’t famous they would have got much more than 45 days." Here! Here!

Next up was the £50,000 coverall jackpot game, with a record 100 players taking part. Frockdrop and Swannie both had their figures crossed for a win, while a rather excited Daydreamer29 stocked up on 13 cards. And if that wasn’t enough, whilst Wanda was calling the numbers, a bugle call sounded, and a lightening fingered south2264 won the 5,000 points in Lucky Stars. After a very exciting coverall game with the likes of Mojo35 and Louise coming close to the cash, a £500 prize was eventually won by a very lucky MillMill.

With a Karaoke Machine up for grabs in the week’s prize draw the show also had a bit of a Eurovision theme with Jim reading out some of the most bizarre lyrics for some of this year’s contest. Keeping with a lyrically theme, we heard another ditty from Phonedevil, whilst maryelle40s wrote an ode to CM Smokey and her favourite Foxy roomies. Karaoke loving Julielove then joined us to suggest we hold a Karaoke Tourney live on air in a few weeks. It’s a brilliant idea so make sure you all watch this space.

As the show drew to a close a final bugle call was played netting the likes of Madmazza, Joey9 and philclare2007 5,000 bps each. We then just had time to announce King Charles, Lorrainexxx and Duchess0802 as just some of the winners of the nights Fox Race Tourney.

Don’t forget to tune in next week for even more fun ways to boost up your bingo balance.
