Join us in Katie's Charity room each and every Monday between 8pm and 10pm when we'll match 50% of all bingo cards purchased and donate it to the two charties she has chosen, The Disabilty Trust and Vision. So for every 5 you spend in this room during these hours we'll donate 2.50 to be split between these 2 great charities, details of which are below.
The aim of Vision Charity is to raise money through fun based fundraising events and use the profits to benefit blind and visually impaired children and also children suffering from dyslexia. The monies raised are used expressly to purchase equipment, goods or specialty services.
"I am a Patron of the Vision Charity and its something Im really proud of," Katie tells us. "They helped me so much with Harvey and its nice for me to give something back."

Based within the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital the Disability Foundation offers a wide range of therapeutic treatments to those with disabilities. The Foundation also has a newly equipped specialist children's sensory room. This environment helps develop sensory and motor skills for physically disabled/special needs children. It additionally encourages children who are carers, non-communicative or frightened children to relax and interact with others.
"The Disability Foundation is fantastic because they support all disabled people, their families and carers, and help them live an independent life, says Katie. "Their centre offers both conventional and complementary treatments and therapies, which I believe in. They also, have a specialist children's sensory room, which is so important, this really helps develop sensory and motor skills for physically disabled/special needs children and has been wonderful for Harvey".
