How do I register?
Registering for Foxy Bingo is simple. All you have to do is click the Join Now link on our home page, then fill in the form on our registration page. It only takes a minute or two and then you're ready to play bingo.
Who am I contracting with?
The Operator is a company called Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited. It is regulated by The Gibraltan Gaming Authority. Foxy Bingo is a brand promoted by Caschade Limited - a UK based marketing company.
Why do you take my credit card details when I register?
When you register at Foxy Bingo you will see that we ask for your credit card details. This is because we need to verify your identity. No money will be taken from your card unless you later decide to deposit funds at Foxy Bingo. Winnings are sent back to the card with the most exposure; only when the balance has been paid on that card, can you request funds to be processed back to a new one.
Do I have to spend ages downloading lots of software?
Absolutely not! Foxy Bingo is a non-download bingo game, so you're ready to get straight into the action as soon as you have registered. Just click the Play Now link at the top of any page on the site to enter the game. The only requirement is that you have at least Flash version 8 or above to run the game software. If you do not, you must download if first from the Flash website here.
How Do I Log In?

I have forgotten my alias or password, what should I do?

How Do I Refer a Friend?
You can invite your friends to play bingo with us at Foxy Bingo too. Make sure you are logged in first, and then choose the Refer a Friend option from the My Account page, in the Loyalty Points section. Every friend you refer to Foxy Bingo will earn you an extra 5000 BPs to spend on bingo.
Does Foxy Bingo run on a Mac or a PC?
You can run the Foxy Bingo game on either a Mac or a PC. And you don't require a super powerful computer to play the game. It will run on the average home computer. Put it this way, if you can surf the net, you should have no problems playing at Foxy Bingo. We do recommend that for a better gaming experience you play through a broadband connection.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods. The credit and debit cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Neteller, Firepay and Paysafe. On your statement you will be billed by Cassava Ltd when using Credit cards and Debit cards. When using any other payment methods, the payment will be posted by Brigend Ltd.

How do I deposit money into my account?
Making a deposit into your bingo account is simple. Once you have registered, just click on the Fund Account link under Banking on the My Account page of the site. Cassava Ltd is the name of our payment system. Whenever you choose to do anything with your account the Cassava Ltd window will open then simply choose what you want to do from the menu on the left of the screen and follow the instructions.
How will my transactions appear on my bank or credit card?
Your deposits and withdrawals will be listed on your bank statement under the title Cassava Ltd.
Credit/debit card exceptions:
Due to regulations imposed by issuers of MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, Cassava Ltd is not permitted to pay withdrawals to MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, members who have deposited to their Bingo accounts via MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals either via wire or cheque if no Visa or debit card has been used to deposit with.
What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
You can deposit as little as £5 at one time. But please remember that you will not receive a deposit bonus on any deposits of less than £10.
What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
The minimum amount you can withdraw from your bingo account is £30.
Can I withdraw money won with my free welcome bonus?
Any winnings that result from purchases of bingo cards with a Free cash sign up offer may be redeemed for cash by providing debit / credit card details, subject to a minimum amount of £30 and if the players Bingo Account has previously been funded with a cash deposit. The Free cash sign up bonus cannot be cashed out at any time.
I have made a withdrawal, when will the money be in my bank account or on my credit card?
It takes up to 8 working days for funds to appear in your account. All withdrawal transactions are processed by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited within 2 working days from your oringinal request. However your bank or credit card company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.
We will allocate withdrawals to cards used on your account so as to cover expenditure on those cards across the life of the account.
Brigend & Cassava reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
Can I set myself personal limits on the amount that I can deposit and withdraw?
Every player has deposit and withdrawal limits set on their account. The default deposit limits set when you join are £2,000 / day, £5,000 / week and £20,000 / month. Default withdrawal limits are set at £1,000 / day, £2,000 / week and £3,000 / month.

IMPORTANT NOTE:You can make a one time withdrawal should you have a win that exceeds your withdrawal limit. It is our policy to make checks to validate your identity in the case of large withdrawals and we will ask you to provide us with photocopies of the card you are withdrawing to (front and back) plus two pieces of ID:
1. Either your passport or driving licence
AND
2. A bank Statement or utility bill
Can I self exclude?
Should you wish to self exclude from Foxy Bingo, we will close your account on your request for a minimum period of 6 months during which time it will not be possible for you to re-open your account. You are also able to close your account permanently. During any period of self exclusion you will be removed from our email mailing list. Please note you may contact our Member Support Team to re-activate your account once the self-exclusion period has ended; your account will not be automatically re-opened. What are Bingo Points?
Bingo Points, often referred to as BPs, our loyalty points rewarded for playing on the site. You earn points for every card you purchase, every friend you refer, in chat games, in our weekly specials, weekend tournaments and in team bingo. To learn more about BPs, read on here.
How do I redeem the BPs I've earned?
Every 1000 BPs you earn is worth £1. Redeeming your BPs is easy. All you have to do is log on, go to the My Account page and click Redeem Points in the Loyalty section. Type in how many points you wish to redeem and click the Redeem Points button. Please remember that you can only purchase bingo cards with the money redeemed from BPs.
What deposit bonuses do you give at Foxy Bingo?
You get extra bonus money with every deposit you make at Foxy Bingo. We will match your first deposit on the site with a 100% bonus up to a maximum of £150. So, deposit £10, get an extra £10, deposit £150 and get an extra £150.
Every subsequent deposit you make we will match with a 50% bonus up to a maximum of £50. So, deposit £10 and get an extra £5, deposit £100 and get an extra £50.

Can I claim the welcome bonus then withdraw without playing?
Your bonus money is there to give you a chance to play and enjoy Foxy Bingo for free. However, we do not allow you to withdraw your bonus money at any time. Of course you can withdraw any money that you win whilst playing with your bonus cash!
