Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
1. Before completing the 'Refer a Friend' application and clicking the "Submit" button you must ensure that all of the friends whose names and email addresses you are supplying have consented to receive a referral email and are 18 years of age or over (or such other higher minimum legal age in the jurisdiction in which they live), and that it is legal for them to participate in the games offered at Foxy Bingo in the jurisdiction in which they live. 2. The Bonus Points awarded under the 'Refer a Friend' Scheme can only be used for the purchase of bingo cards and cannot be cashed at anytime.
3. You may cash out winnings generated from your play with a Bonus Points at any time by providing debit/credit card details subject to you having previously funded your account with a cash deposit.
4. Bonus Points are only awarded when a referred friend registers with Foxy Bingo and deposits and wagers £5 or more on bingo.
5. A person can only be referred once and the person referred cannot have an existing or previous account with us.
6. These terms and conditions are subject to and additional to the General Terms and Conditions.
